Add Insurance Companies Screen

Use this screen to select insurance companies to the CSI template rule.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Search By Insurance Company	Enter your search criteria in this field.
Select All / Deselect All	These options select or deselect all insurance companies in the list.
(checkbox)	When checked, repair orders with the selected insurance company is added to the Rules list.
Insurance Company	This field is the name of the insurance company.
OK	Select this option to save your selections and close the screen.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
